Because it's a Federal duck stamp! There are collectors that buy the duck stamp for collecting as it is. Sounds like an idea to create additional revenues from the sales of the Federal duct stamp. I can't wait to be in the woods once again.
I'm planning a trip to Oklahoma to get a few days in before the season opens up here in MO.
I can't wait for another year and the trifecta = turkeys, morels, and crappie. That is always a good day.
